Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Every order includes track & trace, which will be provided to you within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: Free shipping
- Worldwide: €9.95
All orders are shipped via PostNL. For international shipments, PostNL hands over the package to the national postal service of your country for final delivery.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
- Netherlands: Delivery within 2 business days
- Worldwide: Delivery within 3-10 days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal services.

We understand the importance of privacy when ordering our products. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with no reference to the contents inside. Your privacy is our priority.

Refunds & Reshipping Policy
If we need to cancel an order, you will always receive a full refund.
We offer free reshipping in the following cases, meaning we will send a new package at no extra cost:
- If the package is lost in transit
- If the package is seized by customs (this rarely happens)

Our payment providers work as crypto onrampers. You pay with your preferred method of payment, and we receive the payment in Crypto to ensure anonymity between seller and buyer.

Processing Time
All our payment processors work instantly, your order gets processed at the same time that you pay.
Transaction Fees & Additional Costs
Any additional transaction fees, such as gas fees for crypto transactions or bank transfer costs, are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are normally below 3% and will always be shown before you complete your payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Before Shipping Label is Created: If a customer cancels before the shipping label is generated, the order can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. However, transaction fees already incurred will not be refunded, and you may receive your refund in cryptocurrency.
- After Shipping Label is Created: Once the shipping label is created, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
Payment Confirmation & Order Status
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been received and verified.
- Once processed, your tracking number will be sent within 24 hours.
Secure Payments & Fraud Protection
- All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure customer safety.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be automatically flagged and may be subject to verification before processing.
